At Project 88, our group classes are designed with a comprehensive focus on strength and conditioning programming tailored to individual goals. This progressive approach ensures a continuous improvement for our members.
The programming for all classes is diligently curated by our team of highly qualified, experienced, and respected trainers at Project 88.
MONDAY
STRENGTH focuses on foundational strength movements stimulating growth and development followed by a short burst of metabolic conditioning. This is perfect for building base level strength and perfecting technique. By focusing on these fundamental exercises, we ensure that you establish a rock-solid base to propel your progress forward.
TUESDAY
SWEAT combines interval weights and skills training. This approach involves intensification through bursts of cardiovascular exercises and targeted strength exercises, allowing individuals to improve their cardiovascular fitness while simultaneously building strength, power, and agility. You will make significant strides with our approach to skill development.
WEDNESDAY
POWER focuses on developing explosive strength and speed, by incorporating exercises such as; olympic weightlifting, plyometrics and sprint intervals. This type of training not only improves athletic performance, but also contributes to increased muscle strength, improved reaction time, and enhanced overall power output.
THURSDAY
ENDURE focuses on improving the aerobic capacity by developing the cardiovascular system and lung capacity. This will be an endurance based workout, so make sure you pace yourself. ENDURE will also burn maximal calories each workout!
FRIDAY
LIFT combines the best of strength training and metabolic conditioning for a comprehensive workout. By incorporating resistance exercises, you’ll build lean muscle mass, increase strength, and boost your metabolism. While the MetCon will enhance your cardiovascular fitness and optimise calorie burn.
SATURDAY
PROJECT US suits you! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, this class provides an inclusive and energising environment. On Saturdays teamwork takes center stage, as our team based workouts promote friendly competition, motivation and culture!
